Anxiety Management tools can serve to help us to continue to do the things that we need and want to do in our lives when worry and anxiety present themselves.

Mindfulness is defined as a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings and thoughts.
