2025 James S. Barton Jr. Emerging Artist Fund This Scholarship Fund established to assist students from Arlington HS, Rhinebeck HS, Dutchess CC for their excellence in the arts. Awards are renewable and may range from $1000 to $4000. The applying Student must plan a college major in the visual or performing arts. Applications must be postmark no later thank April 29, 2025
